ABOUT US Opened since 2004, we strive to deliver quality both in product and service. Our desserts are made from scratch daily using the finest ingredients available from the Islands and throughout the world. We are known for our Japanese influenced French pastries; from an array of seasonal desserts to buttery flaky crosissant sandwiches and our original drinks that you will not find elsewhere. You may notice that our desserts are not overly sweet, but just right. The recipes are carefully created so our customers can enjoy until the last piece with out being overwhelmed.
